ISO CERTIFICATION IN UGANDA

Procedure for ISO Certification in Uganda

1. Create an application or contract

The registrar and applicant should sign the contract terms when a company owner has chosen an ISO certification body and the ISO Certification in Uganda. The application should outline all the obligations and rights of each party. It includes confidentiality issues, liability, and access rights.

2. Quality Documents Review

The ISO registration officer will review the quality manuals you have created and reports based on various strategies and approaches employed by your organization. The survey of current work will allow the ISO registry to identify the weaknesses that could be present in the requirements that are outlined by ISO standards. ISO standards.

3. Make an Action Arrangement

When the ISO auditor can communicate the present holes in your company, You must create an action plan to close the holes. Create a list of the tasks that need to be accomplished to achieve the most beneficial changes to your company. You may need to train your staff members to be efficient while adjusting to the new procedures. Each of your staff members aware of ISO guidelines regarding working efficiency and quality standards are concerned.

4. Certification Audit

The initial ISO Certification Audit is separated into two classes: Stage 1 and Stage 2.

a. Site Audits:

An ISO auditor will review every step you have made in the organization. In this stage, try to identify possible differences in your frameworks and ways to build the most effective quality management framework. These non-similarities will be divided into primary and minor non-congruities. Make sure that all non-similarities are adjusted and carefully assessed in line with the highest quality standards by modifying the organization’s processes and methods.

b. Final Audit:

ISO auditors conduct the final exam after all the necessary adjustments are made in the organization. The auditor checks to see if all inconsistencies are eliminated or if they are not following ISO standards for quality. After an ISO auditor has been satisfied with the final exam, the auditor will prepare an ISO Audit Report and send this report to the ISO registry.

5. Finishing the ISO Certification in Uganda

Once all non-conformities are examined and all issues are documented in the Final ISO Audit report, the ISO registry will issue an ISO certification.

6.Surveillance Audits

A surveillance Audit is carried out to ensure the company upholds the ISO high standards for quality.
